At Ted smith (Venture Triniti Eyewear Impex), we strive to ensure that your products reach you in the fastest possible time frame. All our products prior to dispatch to customer pass multi-level quality checks & sanitisation for a safe & secure delivery every time.

You will also receive confirmation via Email/SMS once your orders are dispatched from our warehouse. The base timelines are given below:

Post-dispatch, the delivery timelines slightly vary as per the city you are in. The same is given below in the form of a table.

Express Shipping T&Cs: -

• Express shipping is applicable only on Prepaid orders.
• Delivery timelines start post order confirmation
• Mentioned timelines are tentative & subject to change.

Mode of Shipping:

• We’ve partnered with third party logistic service providers to manage product delivery. There may be certain areas / pin codes where the logistic partners have less reach/network. Hence, we urge our customers to check their pin code for serviceability at the time of order placement.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and correct shipping address aided with identifiable landmark for a hassle-free delivery. In failure of the same, the delivery & its timeline might get affected. In case the delay arises due customer’s unavailability / incorrect or incomplete details etc. Ted smith (Venture Triniti Eyewear Impex) will not be held liable for the same at any given point in time.
• Certain conditions might result in delayed deliveries e.g.: Political restrictions/disruptions, Logistic issues/technicalities beyond the purview of Ted smith (Venture Triniti Eyewear Impex), Unsuitable weather, & other unforeseen circumstances.
• Ted smith (Venture Triniti Eyewear Impex) shall make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the anticipated delay (if any) via Email / SMS.
• Post order dispatch, the customers are provided with a valid AWB / tracking number, that may / may not be subject to inconsistencies of time-lags arising at the end of the logistic partner.
