    CHANGE OF HEART ?

We’ll happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied, within 2 days of delivery. Must be in original condition with original case and tags in which they were sent. Anything received after 2 days or not in original condition may not be eligible for refund / exchange..  

Returns are available for all Sunglasses and Frames. Custom eyewear and lenses are not eligible for return / exchange, unless it is the rarest possible case of a manufacturing defect. Final / Clearance sale items are not eligible for refund- if returned a store credit will apply. If you purchased during our Buy One Get One Free promotion, No exchange No return availble.

       RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • Proper Unboxing video is mandatory for any return,exchange,wrong product/used/stolen or any kind dispute regarding the product.
  • Select which products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to raise a return / exchange request.
  • In the case of a return, chose the mode of payment refund [wallet / original source] & COD orders only code will be issued for the value paid post deduction of actual logistics cost(Including shipping & return pick up).In case of prepaid only the reverse pick up charges will be deducted.
  • Reverse pick up charges will vary as per customer location.
  • In case of exchange, chose the item you want in exchange. You may have to pay the balance value of the chosen product. If it is a lower valued product, the balance will be in the form of a store credit.
  • Package your return in the Ted Smith box, if available, along with the invoice. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. The item must arrive in good condition, with tags and case.All should be done under video footage and share along the return details.
  • Your refund will be issued as per your chosen mode post receipt and acceptance of the item; and is subject to the returned item passing our quality acceptability tests.
  • Please expect 7 business days for your return / exchange order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed. Please note: Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unboxing video is mandatory clearing showing proper sealed condition before opening.Include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of the item along with video footage of unboxing is mandatory.
